I find so much joy interacting with all of you. You each have shared with me from your heart and I am grateful.
My college friend, Jeannie, shared this with me this week:
“Oil and perfume make the heart glad; So does the sweetness of a friend’s counsel that comes from the heart.” ~Proverbs
This is a perfect picture of the beauty of women sharing heart to heart. It is sweet and makes the heart glad!
Jeannie, Thank you!
I hope your heart was encourage, inspired and a little happier!
I look forward to seeing you often and please keep talking to me. Share a story or an experience. Let’s keep the conversations going! It’s sweet!
Journey on,

WordPress Weekly Challenge: Signs (Part 1)

The Word Press Weekly Photo Challenge this week is signs. I don’t usually photograph many signs but I think I found a few interesting signs for your enjoyment.

Here goes:

A friend visited from the states and we did a wee ticky-tour of Milford Sound and Te Anua. We stopped for a coffee and found this hilarious sign.

I get very excited when I see American candy here. However, I’m never quite as excited about the price. OMG!

This sign sits at Gem Stone Beach. Filling in the day hunting for treasures on this beach is a great fun.

Beautiful little lake on the road to Milford Sound, NZ.

Flying With Grace

I love looking out of the window of an airplane

flying high above the earth.

When I look down everything seems so much smaller, insignificant;

quieter, less tense, less hurried.

I imagine grace is the equivalent in my day to day being and living.

Grace is what picks me up

and lifts me high above the “stuff” involved in living

so that I fly in freedom

from anger, sadness, unkindness and un-forgiveness.

Grace provides a smoothness and elegance to my every movement;

courtesy, decency, and respect.

Grace reminds me that I am not perfect.

I need grace.

I am given grace.

Grace restores dignity-

mine and to others.

It allows us to continue to soar.
